I normally find changing a car to be a quite stressful experience with so many unknowns and potential pitfalls, however dealing with West Heath Motors was a relaxed experience , giving me full confidence in the staff I was dealing with. The Office Manager was polite, cheerful and very efficient. I can thoroughly recommend this firm.
