Excellent, honest service
Had a great experience with the folks at West Heath - clear, honest advice, prompt service, good price and helpful follow-up. Got a very good deal, but noticed after sale that the parcel shelf was missing on the car I purchased (missing from previous owner) - contacted West Heath, who immediately arranged a replacement parcel shelf for my make/model, which I received 4 days later.
