    I’ve had my car for a few months now and I love it just as much as the first day I got it. Had a minor issue which could of happened at any time to any car and west heath motors was so accommodating and got it sorted straight away no hassle! I’m always reminded that I’m more than welcome to make contact should I need any further assistance no matter how minor. My family have brought their cars from here for many years and I’m glad I followed suit! Highly recommend!

    In February 2018, I purchased a Ford Focus from West Heath Motors. From my initial enquiry, to the point of collection, I was totally blown away by the genuine customer service, which I would rate as exemplary. When I pointed out items that were missing or worn, they were replaced without question, as were some things that I HADN'T noticed - amazing! Also, on the day of collection, the owner -Phil? collected me (his suggestion) from the nearby train station .Totally, utterly GENUINE service!
