Yet again West Heath Motors have come through!! I was looking for a car for a Valentine's present for me wife. I looked else where but looking back I wasted time and effort when I should have come straight to West Heath.
This is my second car I have bought from the Onion's family and yet again the service was second to none. I was greeted not like a customer but a friend, there was no pushy sale' s just a coffee and a chat and at the end of my visit I had purchased a good quality car at a good price.
I know their aftersales service will be good as any problems I had with the first car I had rectified with no fuss and little disruption to my busy daily life. They even bought it back and I got a good price.
I know that I will be back again and again, thanks again West Heath Motors

Had an easy time deciding on the car to purchase from West heath Motors, all staff very helpful, Isabel in particular (thanks for the cigarette =) ). Car I settled on was Fiesta Zetec which is very nice to drive, fully Mot'ed and serviced any problems sorted out before I picked it up. I bought a Citreon C4 Grand Picasso in July 2015. Philip was fantastic. I even got a lift home in order to allow time to insurance swap. There were issues with the automatic brake but it was sorted out without hesitation.And a few weeks later Phil sorted out the sale of my old Rover 75. Hopefully Citreon....nicknamed Augustus..will last a while longer but I wont hesitate in going back to West Heath Motors for my next one. First class customer service.

Would just to thank all the staff, this was probably the best experience I have had purchasing a car (and I have purchased quite a few over the years!).
The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional and made the whole experience an enjoyable one rather than the usual drawn out, pressured, buy it now or lose the deal type you get from “Dealerships”.
Left to look around the cars without sales people putting pressure and trying the hard sell.
Would I buy from Phil again? Indeed I would. Would I recommend others buy from Phil? indeed I would.
The car was beautifully presented on day of collection and the paperwork done in 15 minutes.
Thank you Phil (and your Team), see you in the future for my next motor!
P.S. They also do great coffee and have a very friendly dog!
