I Just brought a VW polo from the team at West Heath Motors and the service I received was fantastic from start to finish , I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked into the showroom.
Prior to me picking up my car they wanted to carry out some a further inspection of the car to ensure there was no issues before it left them which means they care about what they sell and that the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
I would recommend West heath Motors to anybody looking for a car with decent friendly customer service.

Richard Alebon – 4 star - Nice car great handover by Phillip he noticed that a compressor and tyre gel were missing from the boot of my car and said he would obtain one (which I hope comes to fruition)only other real small details was the pdi valet left polish in all shuts (no biggy) oh and the washer bottle has no lid and bonnet stay clip broken but to be fair I've not raised these tiny issues as I thought I'd mention it when the compressor and tyre gel lands..... Other than that a very good service phillips handover is very slick , relaxed and helpful and I'm sure they will be in contact soon ....would recommend thank you
